The high-pressure tank cleaning nozzles manufactured by us are widely used in the fields of container inner wall cleaning, pipeline inner wall cleaning and other fields. Among them, the cleaning of the inner wall of the container is the most complicated. Due to the difference in the diameter of the inner wall of the container that needs to be cleaned, we have designed and developed according to different diameters. A series of tank cleaning nozzles can meet most application needs.

Tank cleaning nozzles are divided into three cleaning modes. The first is a fixed cleaning nozzle. The nozzle has no moving parts all over the body. All are fixed. The whole body of the nozzle is filled with a full cone nozzle, which can spray to each square. So as to meet the requirements of comprehensive cleaning of the inner wall of the container.

The second type is a single-axis rotating cleaning nozzle. Its spray head can only rotate around the threaded spindle of the nozzle, so its spray direction is generally a flat fan shape, because it can completely cover the entire inner surface of the container.

The third type is the 3D rotating nozzle, which not only rotates around the nozzle thread spindle, but also around the axis of the rotating nozzle, so that even if it only sprays a point, it can be completely cleaned after a certain period of rotation. On the inner wall of the barrel, the impact force of this nozzle is very large, so it is suitable for cleaning the inner wall of large-diameter containers.
