Air knife nozzles are also called air nozzles. The sprayed medium is generally compressed air. This type of nozzle can form an air curtain, which allows the parts passing through the nozzle to be blown dry or blow away dust and other sundries. The air nozzles we design and develop will use simulation software to simulate aerodynamics at the beginning of the design, in order to obtain better noise suppression and more energy saving. After passing the test, the trial-produced samples will also undergo actual measurement. The test indicators are noise, purge force and air consumption, to find a perfect balance between the three.
