1: Snap-in installation. First arrange and fix the stainless steel pipes in a reasonable position, and then drill the pipes according to the nozzle arrangement spacing provided by us. The diameter of the drill holes should be consistent with the data provided by us, and the residues should be cleaned up. The snap-on nozzle can be stuck on the stainless steel pipe. This installation method is very convenient, but the disadvantage is that the snap-on nozzle is not resistant to high pressure and there is a risk of leakage.

2: Adopt clamp pipe installation. In order to deal with the phenomenon that the buckle installation is prone to water leakage, we have designed and developed a clamp pipe installation nozzle base, which uses two symmetrical screws for locking, high pressure resistance, and no need to worry about water leakage The connection method is similar to the snap-in type, drill holes in the pipe according to the design size, and then use the screw to fix it.

3: Welding base installation. Same as the above two installation methods, you need to drill holes in the appropriate position of the pipeline according to the design requirements, and then use our threaded straight joints for welding. The welding should be complete to prevent water leakage. It is recommended to use gas shielded welding. Then install the nozzle on the joint. This method has the least stability and high pressure resistance.

4: Tee connection. In the header arrangement design, after setting the header height and nozzle installation arrangement, we can thread the header according to the size of the header design, and then use the tee joint to connect the pipes Get up, and then install the nozzle on the outlet end of the tee joint to complete the installation. This installation method can withstand high pressure, but the pipes and tee joints need to be manufactured by us. We will perform precision processing according to the actual design size. You only It needs to be installed according to the pipe size.
