The working principle of the high-pressure nozzle is to press the liquid into the nozzle through the high-pressure water pump, form a high-speed rotating liquid flow in the swirling cavity of the nozzle, and then spray it out. When it leaves the nozzle, it hits the surrounding static pressure air, which will hit the liquid. Broken to form countless tiny particles, which drift away with the airflow and quickly evaporate, taking away the surrounding heat. So it is usually used in spray cooling field.

The normal working pressure of the nozzle we designed is not less than 3Mpa, because the nozzle is equipped with a high-pressure spring, so the pressure is too low to drive the nozzle to work. There is a rubber ball behind the high-pressure spring. Its function is to block the water inlet when the pressure is low, so as to achieve the function of shutting off the water immediately. When you turn off the water pump, the pressure in the pipeline drops rapidly below 3Mpa, so the spring will Immediately make the rubber ball block the water inlet, so when you turn off the pump, it will not drip at all.
