Nozzle calculator
The injection parameters of the nozzle will change with the change of working conditions. For example, the change of system pressure will greatly affect the injection angle and injection flow rate. For the same medium, we can use the following formula to calculate:
Qx=unknown flow
Q1=known flow
F1=known pressure
F2=target pressure
In addition, for fluids with different viscosities and different temperatures, the injection parameters will change accordingly. There are too many formulas for fluid calculations, so I won’t list them all here. You can contact us to get them if you need them.
The installation and arrangement of nozzles also need to be strictly calculated. For example, if we need to install flat fan nozzles above the conveyor belt to clean or cool the products below, we can use the following formula to calculate:
Nozzle design, arrangement, and installation are a series of complicated tasks. Only through precise calculation can the best spray effect be obtained. You are welcome to contact us at any time to get more information about nozzle calculation methods and the lowest product quotation.
