How does nozzle work

There are many types of nozzles, and the working principle of each nozzle is different, but according to the working principle of the nozzle, it can be roughly divided into the following categories.

1: Pressure-driven nozzle, the working condition of this nozzle is that a water pump or other device must be used to pressurize the medium that needs to be sprayed, and then spread out through the nozzle. This is the most common type of nozzle, such as a flat fan nozzle. Full cone nozzle, hollow cone nozzle, air nozzle, etc.

2: Compressed air atomizing nozzle. The working principle of this nozzle is to use compressed air, mix with liquid, and spray it out at a very high speed, thereby forming a mist spray form.

3: Venturi nozzle. This type of nozzle also requires a pressure source, such as a water pump or an air compressor, to press the spray medium into the nozzle. Generally, there are one or more small holes inside the nozzle, and the medium is ejected from the small holes. When the flow rate is extremely high, it is obviously different from the surrounding static medium, thus forming a vacuum zone near the spray hole, and the surrounding static medium is sucked into the nozzle and mixed and sprayed, thereby improving the spraying efficiency of the nozzle.
